The far-right commentator and self-described internet troll was arrested at the airport in New Orleans for staying in the country after his visa expired, according to DHS.

The English actor became a fan favorite for his portrayal of Dr. Frank-N-Furter in 1975’s “The Rocky Horror Picture Show,” but he also had a host of other iconic screen performances to his name.

Joshua Aviles posted a family statement on Facebook saying his father, Luis Manuel Aviles, “has been released back to our family.”
