California sued the Trump administration for the 100th time, challenging the growing practice of ICE agents arresting people for alleged civil immigration violations at or near courthouses.

Samir Ousman Alsheikh, 74, was previously found guilty of charges that he ordered and participated in the torture of prisoners while he headed the Adra Prison.
