Some Jan. 6 rioters are pursuing a new path to seek millions of dollars from the federal government after the Justice Department abandoned plans for its controversial anti-weaponization fund. White House correspondent Liz Landers reports.

The Supreme Court on Monday issued an emergency order that allows the Trump administration to move forward, for now, with plans to restrict mail-in voting ahead of the midterm elections in November.
